Management
team
Our Managing Director, Christopher
Mills, is an ex-metropolitan police officer with
a successful career in the police investigatory services.
Since leaving the Police service he has been engaged
in the private security industry and has personally
undertaken several hundred surveillance cases. He
has developed SES Ltd. into a respected and professional
commercial investigation company based on his beliefs
in integrity and compliance.

Our
Surveillance Manager, Caroline Dowse,
joined SES in 2008 and has a
SIA licence in close protection. She has a degree
in Criminology and Criminal Justice and has a
working background in the police service and
retail loss prevention. She is
responsible for the day to day running of our
surveillance assignments and leads from the front. She
is experienced in modern surveillance techniques
and the use of appropriate technical equipment.

Our
Office Manager, Vikki Sheerman, has many years
experience in office management. She joined South
East Solutions in 2005 and has been responsible
for maintaining our high standards of quality control
and customer service levels during the recent periods
of high growth.

Female X - ex HM forces instructor,
has been engaged in private surveillance industry for 8 years,
has carried out hundreds of personal injury surveillances.
Extremely physically fit, carries out triathlons for fun at
weekends! |

Male Y - Ex Metropolitan
Police detective, experienced in all manner of investigation
and surveillance. Like our MD, has recently reached 40 years
of age and keen to prove he is still at the cutting edge! |

Male Z - Ex military - Royal
Engineer and youngest member of our team, highly motivated
and tenacious. A football coach in his spare time. |
